Job summary
TEC Partners - Technical Recruitment Specialists in Enschede is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to influence high‑tech production. You will refine and support production processes from start to finish, collaborating closely with production teams, engineering, and R&D.
You will lead industrialisation of new products, optimise existing processes, coordinate improvement projects and budgets, and design poka‑yoke tools using SolidWorks or Inventor, while delivering training plans and operator
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5 or more years of experience in manufacturing or automation.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, PFMEA, DfX, and CAD tools.
- Experience managing projects and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead industrialisation of new products and optimise existing processes
- Coordinate improvement projects, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct DfX analyses and create value stream maps
- Design tools and poka-yoke systems using SolidWorks or Inventor
- Deliver training plans and process documentation for operators
- Ensure process design is validated and released in collaboration with QA
