Job summary

Delft Circuits is seeking a Product Owner – Manufacturing Systems to lead the transformation of our manufacturing data structure in Odoo, aligning with stakeholders and driving adoption across the organization.

You will define the full manufacturing setup (products, BOMs, routings) and build a practical roadmap, working with our Odoo specialist and internal developers in a sprint-based process. This is an on-site, full-time role in Delft.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment and understanding of production floors and data quality at the source.
• Experience managing software projects or products with clear requirements, milestones and outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and change management experience, capable of bringing teams along.
• 7-10 years relevant professional experience.
• University education in industrial engineering, software development or similar.

Responsibilities

• Define the full Odoo manufacturing structure (products, BOMs, work centers, routings) and build a rollout roadmap.
• Own the roadmap and sprint priorities; align with stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead the Odoo specialist and internal developers to implement and adopt changes.
• Ensure the MRP basics are up and running in Odoo, with production data centralized.
• Translate complex information into concrete plan steps and manage implementation in sprints.
