Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking an ambitious Consultant - Supply Chain Management to join the Operations Excellence Program (OEP) in Europe. You will work on client engagements in the same way as any McKinsey consultant, based in one of our European offices such as Amsterdam, Brussels, or Munich.

You will contribute to solving client challenges through hypothesis-driven analyses, on-the-job coaching, and a structured capability-building program in areas like manufacturing, purchasing, and supply

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and exceptional academics required.
• Initial experience in supply chain management incl. design and implementation of logistics strategy, network design and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem-solving efforts for client engagements, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize recommendations.
• Participate in on-the-job coaching and the structured capability-building program of OEP.
• Work across multiple client engagements and industries to develop operations expertise.
