We are seeking a proactive Manufacturing Engineer to support our production team in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement within an international, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support production by developing, testing, and implementing new and existing products and processes
• Actively contribute to ERP implementation and improvement projects (e.g. D365)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage and support label creation activities as part of production and product processes
• Implement and roll out standardized processes across all areas of responsibility
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment and technologies
• Perform data analysis, feasibility studies, and root cause investigations
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth product introductions and effective change management

Your Profile

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics) or equivalent experience
• Experience working on ERP implementation related projects
• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, ideally with knowledge of FMEA
• Experience working in a global, multicultural organization
• Hands‑on experience in a production or manufacturing engineering environment
