About the Role

Our client is looking for an innovative and analytical Manufacturing Engineer to enhance production processes at their facility in Welkom . This role is instrumental in optimizing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving product quality through the application of engineering principles. The successful candidate will work closely with production teams, quality control, and management to implement and refine manufacturing systems. This hybrid role allows for a blend of on-site collaboration and remote analysis, offering a dynamic work experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
• Design, develop, and implement new production methods and technologies.
• Develop and maintain process documentation , standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement root cause analysis .
• Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, process automation, and facility layout optimization.

Requirements
