- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Manage projects for equipment upgrades, automation, and facility layout optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
