Qualifications

• 1+ years accounting experience.
• Understanding of debits, credits, and fundamental accounting processes.
• Accounts payable, invoicing, or general accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with invoice matching, vendor management, or purchasing support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate, process, and distribute customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies and billing issues.
• Monitor pending transactions to ensure prompt invoicing and processing.
• Respond to customer inquiries and make corrections as needed.
• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices into the accounts payable system.
• Verify invoices and process payments according to established payment terms.
• Post payments, credits, and cash receipts.
• Perform invoice matching and validation procedures.
• Assist with purchasing-related activities and vendor transactions.
• Support efforts to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support operational and financial objectives.
• Assist with supplier onboarding and electronic payment setup.
• Record and reconcile financial transactions within company systems.
• Support additional accounting, finance, and administrative projects as assigned.
