Alewijnse in the Netherlands seeks an entrepreneurial Manager Industry to own the Industry P&L, shape commercial and operational objectives, and lead a growing technical team. You will balance commercial drive with project execution, capacity planning and results, while strengthening customer relationships and market position.

You will translate strategy into concrete goals, drive professionalisation, and coach the team to deliver sustainable growth and high-quality outcomes in energy

Qualifications

• HBO/WO education, preferably with a technical background.
• Extensive experience in a commercial/operational management role within a technical project organisation.
• Experience with P&L responsibility and financial performance.
• Proven track record in leading complex technical projects and teams.
• Strong commercial insight and customer management experience.
• Excellent financial acumen and ability to drive revenue, margin, and cash.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and people-development skills.
• Good communication in Dutch and English.

• Overall responsibility for the P&L of Industry.
• Set and achieve commercial and operational objectives.
• Develop existing customers and generate new business.
• Determine commercial focus, market approach and positioning.
• Further professionalise the Industry organisation.
• Ensure professional and predictable project execution.
• Coach employees and build a strong, results-oriented organisation.
• Ensure right competencies and capacity for growth.
• Identify market developments and translate into opportunities.
• Report on commercial, operational and financial performance.
