Job summary

Element Logic Benelux is seeking a Managing Director to own the P&L, drive profitable growth, and lead a high-performing team across Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success in the Benelux region.

You will shape market direction, accelerate growth, and strengthen profitability while expanding our footprint in a competitive intralogistics landscape. This role offers full ownership and strategic influence within an international organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with P&L ownership in a project-driven, system solution business.
• Strong background in intralogistics, automation, or complex technical solution sales.
• Solid track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience working in international, cross-border environments.
• Academic degree or equivalent experience.

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy in line with Group objectives.
• Own and deliver on P&L performance and growth targets.
• Lead and develop the full business unit across Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success.
• Drive new business growth (whitespace/hunting) while expanding existing accounts (farming).
• Strengthen market position through solution-based, consultative selling.
• Ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
• Build strong collaboration across regions to leverage capabilities, capacity, and best practices.
• Act as a visible market leader and brand ambassador in the intralogistics space.

The Role

As Managing Director, you hold full P&L responsibility for the Benelux business and are accountable for driving profitable growth across sales, delivery, and customer success.

You will lead a high-performing organization while further strengthening commercial execution, operational excellence, and customer value creation.

We are looking for a commercially sharp, growth-oriented leader with a strong track record from the intralogistics or adjacent project-driven industries.

You combine strategic perspective with hands‑on execution and bring credibility, network, and drive to make an immediate impact.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience with P&L ownership in a project-driven, system solution business
• Strong background in intralogistics, automation, or complex technical solution sales (hardware + software + services)
• Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and delivering profitable growthSolid track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
• Experience working in international, cross-border environments
• Academic degree or equivalent experience
