Job summary

Element Logic is seeking a Project Manager in Bemmel, Netherlands, with a focus on turning signed deals into fully delivered customer projects. You will structure the journey from kick-off to delivery, aligning stakeholders and managing financial performance to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in intralogistics or 3PL, strong communication skills in English and Dutch, and a proven track record of project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in intralogistics or 3PL.
• Proven track record of managing and achieving project success.
• Knowledge of intralogistics and/or complex logistics flows.

Responsibilities

• Guide the customer from a complete project towards our Customer Success department.
• Take the lead in transforming our sales trajectory towards project modus.
• Build and maintain a relationship with key stakeholders with our customers.
• Implement a strong structure throughout the project from Kick-off towards regular updates and critical deadlines.
• As a connector, ensure all contributors are on the same page.
• You are financially responsible for the project and manage it as such.
• Report regularly on status and progress to the project team and its stakeholders.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure we deliver upon our promise both in timing and solution.

We are on a thrilling journey to double our business in Benelux by 2027, and we are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager to join our team. While the primary work location for this role is Bemmel, Netherlands, we welcome applications from qualified candidates based in either the Netherlands or Belgium.

As a Project Manager, you’ll transform signed deals into successfully executed customer projects. You’ll structure the entire journey - from kick-off to delivery - keeping stakeholders aligned, managing financial performance, and ensuring every contributor works seamlessly toward the same goal. Desired Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in intralogistics or 3PL
• Proven track record of managing and achieving project success
• Relevant industry experience and knowledge of intralogistics and/or complex logistics flows
• Good technical understanding
• Demonstrated ability to communicate strongly with customers
• Proficiency in English and Dutch is required
