Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience in site management or project execution in the energy or industrial sector.
• Understanding of substations, transmission systems, and electrical or mechanical installations.
• Skilled at leading teams and driving performance.
• Strong communication in Dutch and English; willingness to travel within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

The opportunity

At Hitachi Energy, you will lead site activities across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. In this role, you create the conditions for excellent site execution. You lead and develop site managers and site personnel. You ensure strong coordination between project management, engineering, customers, and subcontractors. You support safe work practices and high-quality delivery at every stage.
