Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Site Leader to coordinate and deliver substation and power infrastructure projects across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. You will lead site managers and teams, ensuring safe, on-time, and high-quality execution while collaborating with customers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience in site management or project execution in the energy or industrial sector.
Understanding of substations, transmission systems, and electrical or mechanical installations.
Skilled at leading teams and driving performance.
Strong communication in Dutch and English; willingness to travel within Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
