Vencomatic Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Research Manager to guide the research team and translate knowledge into practical solutions for customers and the poultry sector.

You will turn strategic themes into robust research programmes, coach researchers and PhD candidates, monitor progress and collaborate with partners to translate results into opportunities.

• Extensive experience in animal science research within the poultry sector or a similar environment.
• Management experience with a wide range of research projects.
• In-depth knowledge of research methodology and data analysis.

€6000 - €6500 *This is a guideline; your salary will depend on your knowledge and experience.

As Research Manager, you bring together science, innovation and practice. You provide direction to the research team and translate knowledge into solutions that help both customers and the poultry sector move forward. You turn strategic innovation themes into robust research programmes, coach researchers and PhD candidates, and remain involved in complex issues. Together with colleagues, customers and knowledge partners, you enhance the strength and impact of our research.
