Job summary

Vencomatic Group is seeking an Electrical/Mechatronics engineer to develop control panels and modules at the Venco Campus in Eersel. You will bridge development, engineering, and the workshop, ensuring on-time delivery with quality and cost awareness.

You will strengthen the team with coaching, translate engineers’ needs into improvement processes, and create customer-specific drawings while validating specifications for optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Experience with Eplan and cost calculations.
• Strong communication skills and taking responsibility.
• Team player with technical insight and willingness to share knowledge.

Responsibilities

€3900 - €5500 *This is a guideline; your salary will depend on your knowledge and experience.

You will work on challenging systems in 2D and 3D Eplan and boost improvement and collaboration. Together with your team, you will elevate our engineering to a higher level while bridging the gap between development, engineering, and the workshop. Lots of variety, lots of impact!
