Job summary

Vencomatic Group in Noord-Brabant zoekt een ervaren HR Advisor die managers ondersteunt bij verzuim, prestaties en arbeidsrecht. Je adviseert over HR-zaken, draagt bij aan beleid en HR-processen en werkt nauw samen met de HR-afdeling en de business.

Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring, een HBO/WO-diploma en uitstekende Nederlandse taalvaardigheid. Een competitief salaris en groeimogelijkheden zijn onderdeel van het pakket.

Qualifications

• Afgeronde HBO of WO-opleiding in HRM, Personeelskunde of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
• Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring als HR-adviseur/HR Business Partner.
• Aantoonbare kennis van Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving, verzuimbeheer en personeelszaken.
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• In staat om zelfstandig managers te adviseren en belangen af te wegen.

Responsibilities

• Advies aan managers op het gebied van verzuim, prestatie, ontwikkeling en arbeidsrecht.
• Beheren van complexe personeelszaken en ondersteuning bij organisatorische veranderingen.
• Discussies voeren over arbeidsvoorwaarden en adviseren over werving, carrièreontwikkeling en personeelsverloop.
• In kaart brengen van HR-risico's en HR-gegevens omzetten in concrete aanbevelingen.
• Bijdragen aan ontwikkeling en implementatie van HR-beleid, processen en verbeterinitiatieven.

As an HR Advisor, you act as a point of contact for managers within your area of responsibility. You advise on a wide range of complex HR issues, balancing legislation and regulations, business interests and people-centred solutions. You take ownership of your advice and improvement initiatives, identify opportunities and risks in good time, and keep the internal client at the heart of your work. By actively seeking collaboration with HR and the business, you contribute to the further development of HR processes, policy and services. In doing so, you clearly distinguish between HR advice and HR expertise.

Your career

Advising managers on absenteeism, performance, development and employment law issues;

Managing complex personnel cases and providing support during organisational changes;

Conducting discussions on terms and conditions of employment and advising on recruitment, career progression and staff turnover;

Identifying HR risks and translating HR data into concrete recommendations for the business;

Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes and improvement initiatives.

A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Studies, Personnel & Labour or a comparable field;

At least 5 years’ relevant experience as an HR Adviser, HR Business Partner or in a comparable advisory role;

Demonstrable knowledge of Dutch employment law, absence management and personnel issues;

Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;

The seniority to advise managers independently, weigh up interests and arrive at solutions that command support.
