Job summary

Vencomatic Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Junior Control Engineer to support fault resolution, installations and system optimization. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and gain increasing responsibility while developing control engineering skills.

This role suits technically minded individuals with interest in electrical/control engineering or industrial automation, fluent in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Affinity for electrical engineering, control engineering or industrial automation.
• Curious and driven to investigate and solve technical problems.
• Service-oriented, flexible and positive in approach.
• Willing to learn from experienced colleagues and acquire new technical knowledge.
• Skills in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Deal with technical queries and faults, and learn how to analyse and resolve them step by step.
• Provide support during installations, both remotely and on-site.
• Continuously build up knowledge of control technology and our products.
• Installations are worldwide, so travel may be part of the schedule; you largely decide how international your schedule is.
• Understand electrical diagrams and how installations work.

€3350 - €3800 *This is a guideline; your salary will depend on your knowledge and experience.

Do you have a technical mind, do you enjoy figuring out why something isn’t working, and do you want to develop your skills in control engineering? You don’t need to know everything just yet. As a Junior Control Engineer, you’ll work with our technical systems, help resolve faults and assist with installations. You won’t be doing this on your own; you’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and be given increasing responsibility to tackle technical issues independently.

Whether you’re looking for a full-time role or a BBL work-study placement, with us you’ll have the chance to learn the trade on the job!

• Dealing with technical queries and faults, and learning how to analyse and resolve them step by step;
• Providing support during installations, both remotely and on-site;

• Our installations are located worldwide, so it’s sometimes useful to take a closer look at them in person. You largely decide for yourself how international your schedule will be;
• Where others see lines, numbers and symbols, you’re getting better and better at understanding how the installation works. You can effortlessly find your way around electrical diagrams.
