Job summary

myTomorrows is seeking a Manager Real‑World Data (RWD) to lead our RWD team and own the strategy for collecting, managing, and leveraging real‑world data from Expanded Access Programs and other non‑interventional studies.

You will be the internal and external face of RWD, shaping client interactions, data quality, and compliance while partnering with cross‑functional teams to raise the bar in data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in Real‑World Data, Data Management, or Clinical Research.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams or projects.
• Experience with RWD collection in Expanded Access Programs is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent client communication and project management skills.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Real‑World Data team (RWD Associates, Specialists, and Interns).
• Develop and maintain the overall RWD collection strategy.
• Oversee the setup and execution of RWD collection within EAPs and non-interventional studies.
• Support clients on eCRF design, database setup, and data management planning.
• Author/review RWD policies and SOPs within the QMS.
• Represent myTomorrows externally on RWD topics at conferences and meetings.
• Build awareness of RWD internally across the organization.
• Stay current on data collection practices and regulatory developments.
