Job summary

myTomorrows in Amsterdam is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead cross-functional process improvements across the business, leveraging data-driven insights and system enablement.

You’ll partner with Quality, Product, and AI/Automation teams, drive CSV for GxP-touched systems, and ensure robust documentation and change management.

This hybrid role requires strong stakeholder management and a passion for scaling operations to support our global health tech platform.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in Operational Excellence / Process Improvement.
• Experience in validated environments with CSV activities.
• Comfort with AI tools in a professional context.
• Strong process analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with project/process management tools; Smartsheet is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational excellence initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Manage scope, plans, dependencies, risks, and actions across initiatives.
• Translate operational needs into system and process requirements.
• Identify where AI and automation can reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with AI/Automation workstream to embed solutions.
• Evaluate AI output quality as part of design.
• Lead CSV-related implementations for GxP-touched systems.
• Drive stakeholder change management and adoption.
• Create high‑quality process documentation and standardization.
• Develop training materials and enable AI capability within the team.
• Define KPIs, measure impact, and report via data analytics.
