Job summary

myTomorrows is seeking a Manager Real-World Data to lead the RWD team and own the strategy for collecting, managing, and leveraging data from Expanded Access Programs and non-interventional studies. You will shape client relationships, represent the field externally at conferences and audits, and drive data quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.

You will mentor RWD professionals, oversee study design support, and contribute to business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, (Bio)medical Sciences, or a related field; a Master’s degree or higher is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Real-World Data, Data Management, or Clinical Research.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams or complex projects.
• Experience with RWD collection within Expanded Access Programs is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent client communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall RWD collection strategy.
• Oversee the setup and execution of RWD collection within EAPs and non-interventional studies.
• Support clients on eCRF design, database setup, and data management planning.
• Author and review RWD-related policies and SOPs within the Quality Management System.
• Represent myTomorrows externally on RWD topics at conferences, business development meetings, and audits.
• Build awareness and understanding of RWD internally across the organization.
• Stay current on data collection practices and regulatory developments in the EAP space.

The opportunity: Manager Real-World Data (RWD)

As Manager Real-World Data at myTomorrows, you will lead our RWD team and own the strategy for collecting, managing, and leveraging real-world data from Expanded Access Programs (EAPs) and other non-interventional studies.
