Job summary

myTomorrows, based in Amsterdam, is seeking a Manager Real-World Data to lead the RWD team and enhance data collection strategies. You will be the face of RWD at myTomorrows, ensuring high data quality and compliance while managing a dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, a strong grasp of regulatory standards, and excellent communication skills. This role is critical in optimizing how myTomorrows collects and utilizes real-world data to improve patient access to treatment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Real-World Data, Data Management, or Clinical Research.
• Demonstrated leadership experience — managing teams or complex projects.
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Real-World Data team, including RWD Associates, Specialists, and Interns.
• Develop and maintain the overall RWD collection strategy at myTomorrows.
• Support clients on eCRF design, database set-up, and data management planning.
