WTW in Amsterdam is seeking a Rewards Data and Intelligence (RDI) Account Manager to manage client relationships and support rewards-based projects. This role requires strong client management skills, data analysis capability, and expertise in compensation.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth of the team by expanding client relationships and assisting in survey operations, ensuring a quality experience for all participants.

Qualifications

• Good client relationship management skills with a dedication to quality and customer service.
• Good practical experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.

• Supporting clients with compensation survey participation.
• Growing client relationships for database participation.
• Selling compensation and benchmark reports.
• Building and maintaining client expectations.
