Amgen Breda is seeking a Manager Manufacturing to lead a diverse team on (semi-)automated assembly and packaging lines across shifts. You will drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment, mentoring 15–20 direct reports and collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet production goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in a regulated industry.
• Willingness to work in a shift system.
• Strong Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Understanding of GMP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire excellence by mentoring and developing your team while upholding GMP.
• Oversee labeling and packaging processes per SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on new equipment and production lines.
