Job summary

Kraft Heinz, based in Amsterdam, seeks an IT Internal Controls Manager to lead the global IT Internal Controls programme across ITGCs, automated controls and SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will oversee testing activities, drive remediation with IT and business stakeholders, and coordinate with teams worldwide.

The role requires strong SAP experience, IT risk and controls knowledge, and excellent English communication, with leadership responsibility in a highly international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or related discipline.
• Approximately 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years in IT Audit, IT Internal Controls, Technology Risk or similar.
• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls, risk assessments and control testing.
• Strong SAP experience, SAP GRC exposure preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, transformations or major SAP projects.
• Knowledge of automated controls and controls automation.
• Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
• Experience managing/coaching other professionals.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior Finance and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and multi-year IT Internal Controls plans covering ITGCs, automated controls, SAP S/4HANA implementations and controls automation.
• Perform annual IT risk assessments and determine the scope of global IT controls activities.
• Maintain and improve IT Risk & Control Matrices and supporting documentation.
• Lead and oversee global ITGC and automated control testing activities.
• Provide IT Controls expertise during SAP S/4HANA implementations and major technology projects.
• Coordinate and oversee work by onshore and offshore teams.
• Directly manage and develop a Senior IT Controls Analyst.
• Collaborate with Kraft Heinz's Global Capabilities Center in India.
• Review testing results and ensure controls documentation meets standards.
• Identify deficiencies and drive remediation with IT and business stakeholders.
• Monitor remediation activities and report progress to senior management.
• Coordinate with international Internal Controls teams on scope/execution/reporting.
• Support auditors and ensure timely audit responses.
• Review service auditor reports and assess relevant user entity controls.
• Drive automation and analytics in IT controls environment.
• Deliver training and guidance to IT Controls teams.
• Provide regular reporting to leadership across Kraft Heinz.

Managing and leading the Global IT Internal Controls team High-impact international role with leadership responsibility

Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced IT Controls, IT Audit or Technology Risk professional who combines strong internal controls knowledge with hands-on SAP experience.

The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems or another relevant discipline.
• Approximately 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience within IT Audit, IT Internal Controls, Technology Risk or a comparable environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls, risk assessments and control testing.
• Strong SAP experience, with SAP GRC exposure highly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, transformation programmes or major SAP projects.
• Knowledge of automated controls and controls automation.
• Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
• Experience managing, coaching or reviewing the work of other professionals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior Finance and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working across international teams and multiple time zones.

CISA, CIA, CPA, RA or another relevant professional qualification is advantageous. Previous Big Four or public accounting experience is also highly relevant.
