Overview

Senior Data Steward - Global Operations at a glance. You’ll be organizing the data taxonomy, connections and accuracy for our Global Ops (Logistics) data sets. Your main role will be to handle data sets across the organization, interacting with local teams globally to align definitions and metrics inside data sets, coordinating with developers and data engineers to translate business requirements into implemented analytics solutions. You will be accountable for looking after global data sets, formulas and mappings for the Global Ops data models and BI solutions in the company.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for any new developments and information request in your data domain. You will coordinate with Data Engineers, product owners and local teams to address their requests.
• Maintain a conceptual structure of data and formulas used, design and recommend appropriate analytical approaches to improve business reporting and assure data quality.
• Be an agent of change into Kraft Heinz Company organization, using data, statistics, process and social skills to move different partners towards the goal of optimization of usage Global Manufacturing and Logistics (OPS) data.
• Champion a positive environment in your team, genuinely interested in the well-being and happiness of your colleagues.
• Partner with Kraft Heinz Global, local teams and functional teams on structuring large scale data sets and data projects.
• Collaborate closely with vendors and KHC teams from different functional areas in each country to drive insights and deliver projects globally.
• Liaison with internal and external partners to understand their business peculiarities and develop and implement data sets that will support analytics on their business.
• Maintain a backlog of desired improvements and bugs. Guide team members in solving the backlog issues and develop improvements.

Recipe for Success

• I have years of working experience, in a fast-paced environment in Data Analytics, and previous experience in working with Ops related data (Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance).
• I have a strong understanding of code languages for data manipulation including SQL, Python, and Snowflake.
• I have a solid understanding of BI tools and recently worked on manipulating data for BI solutions, preferably Tableau.
• I have a solid understanding of semantic context for AI agents.
• I have experience working in projects using Agile ways of working. I embrace the core principles of Agile and have clear understanding of its routines.
• I have strong social skills, with the ability to understand the context and apply it to drive the analytics agenda.
• I have familiarity with definitions of KPI’s and calculations for Manufacturing and Logistics through series of data queries and BI solutions.
• I have a strong sense of ownership, and I\'m committed to driving positive change even in challenging environments.
