Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a Manager, Global IT Internal Controls based in Amsterdam. You will lead the IT Internal Controls team across multiple workstreams, collaborating with international zones, Global Internal Controls leadership, and auditors to drive the annual plan and successful implementations.

You will oversee ITGCs, automated controls, S/4 implementations, and analytics, coaching a global team while ensuring timely, quality deliverables and effective risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or business-related master’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting; at least 3 years in IT Audit or Controls.
• CISA / CIA / CPA / Public Accounting experience preferred.
• SAP and GRC experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global IT Internal Controls team across workstreams in the annual plan.
• Coordinate with international zone leads and auditors for scoping and execution updates.
• Review test results for accuracy and document quality standards.
• Coach and mentor offshore GCC team on new technical areas.
• Support internal and external auditors; drive timely resolution of requests.
