Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. Amsterdam is seeking a Procurement Innovation lead to drive supplier-enabled innovations within our Global Growth PODs.

You will translate business needs into actionable sourcing plans and collaborate across Procurement, R&D, Commercial and Operations. You will design innovation days, mobilize suppliers, and build a robust pipeline from external partners, ensuring alignment across regions and time zones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in Procurement, R&D, Innovation or Supply Chain.
• Experience with project delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exposure to supplier management and innovation commercialization projects.
• Structured, data-driven, and able to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement innovation initiatives within Global Growth PODs.
• Translate business needs into sourcing plans and supplier-led solutions.
• Design and execute supplier-enabled innovation events.
• Identify and mobilize suppliers to solve defined business challenges.
