Fitura in the Netherlands seeks a Brownfield Engineering Team Leader to guide a ~17-strong engineering group, collaborating with project leads to deliver timely, compliant modular designs while advancing safety, quality, and efficiency. The Brownfield Engineering Team contributes to the preparation, execution, and delivery phases of projects within the region. The project and discipline engineers in the team provide the technical expertise to the project teams. Collaboration takes place with the project Lead Engineers for substantive direction to ensure timely delivery of designs at the BO, DO, and UO levels, including ordering building permits and delivering asset data on time. In this role, you will support the current manager in the daily guidance of the team. You will lead a portion of the team (approximately 17 employees) and work closely with the other manager. You will lead the Eneabling team, one of the two teams in this region, comprising the provinces of South Holland and Zeeland.
The engineers provide the technical scope and ensure the consistency, quality, and documentation of the final (modular) design. It is ensured that designs comply with Dutch laws and regulations (such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act) and applicable policy rules.
The current manager is responsible for Limburg and North-East Brabant. She remains ultimately responsible for the entire environment team and also serves as the primary point of contact and representative within and outside the organization. Together, you ensure that the entire environment team can function effectively and that colleagues feel seen and supported (again).
