Job summary

TMC is seeking an Environmental Manager to bridge the project organization with the surrounding world. You will map environmental interests, coordinate with municipalities and water boards, and keep residents informed to avoid delays.

You will organize meetings, draft letters and maintain contact with neighbors and schools, ensuring timely, clear communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• In the preparation phase, map out interests, sensitivities and environmental aspects and identify potential issues early on.
• Coordinate with municipalities, water boards and clients to ensure smooth execution of the work.
• During implementation, advise and support colleagues in environmental management and monitor agreements.
• Organize residents' meetings, draft resident letters and maintain contact with neighbours, schools and property owners.
• Ensure clear communication with all stakeholders and proactively address signals from the environment.

Our client works on the installation and replacement of cables and pipelines throughout the Netherlands. You ensure that all involved parties, from residents to municipalities, are informed in a timely and clear manner and that environmental aspects do not cause delays.
