Job summary

Fitura in the Netherlands seeks a Brownfield Engineering Team Leader to guide a ~17-strong engineering group, collaborating with project leads to deliver timely, compliant modular designs while advancing safety, quality, and efficiency. You will support the current manager and help enable the regional Eneabling team across South Holland and Zeeland.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or demonstrably equivalent academic level.
• Demonstrable leadership competence within complex infrastructure, energy projects, or large teams.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portion of the Brownfield Engineering Team (approx. 17 engineers) and collaborate with the other manager.
• Ensure designs comply with Dutch laws and regulations and project documentation standards.
• Drive performance improvements and implement changes in team working methods.
