Job summary

BENK PROJECTS zoekt een enthousiaste professional voor projectcommunicatie en stakeholderrelaties in een milieugerichte omgeving. Je werkt afwisselend thuis en op projectlocaties en draagt bij aan communicatieplannen en transparante informatievoorziening.

Je onderhoudt relaties met diverse stakeholders, informeert via bijeenkomsten en nieuwsbrieven en bewaakt tijdigheid en kwaliteit van de informatie, terwijl je mee groeit met de ambities van BENK PROJECTS.

Qualifications

• Een afgeronde college-opleiding in milieumanagement, civiele techniek, planning of vergelijkbaar.
• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een projectgestuurde omgeving.
• Ervaring met projectmatig werken en het managen van complexe projecten.
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
• Vermogen relaties met diverse stakeholders op te bouwen en te onderhouden.

Responsibilities

• Opstellen van communicatieplannen en zorgen voor transparante informatievoorziening aan stakeholders.
• Informeren van belanghebbenden via bijeenkomsten en nieuwsbrieven over mogelijke projectimpact.
• Ondersteunen bij het verkrijgen van consents en bouwen aan langdurige relaties met stakeholders.
• Bezoeken van projectlocaties en afstemmen met lokale stakeholders.

Job description

One day you start your work from home, with coffee and breakfast next to your laptop. You prepare for an online meeting, check your mail and make some appointments. On another day, you drive to a project site early to check out the surroundings and identify any risks.

In the afternoon you will go to a meeting to inform local stakeholders about a project and its progress, and the next day you will be mainly involved in drafting communication plans and making sure that the provision of information to all stakeholders is transparent and clear.

You also include:

• Creating support and obtaining consents;
• Informing stakeholders through information meetings and newsletters about potential project impacts;
• perpetuate good and long-term relationships with the environment and project stakeholders.

For this position, we ask:

• A completed college education, for example in environmental management, civil engineering, planning or similar;
• At least 2 years of experience in a project driven environment;
• Experience in project-based work and managing complex projects;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language;
• Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with various stakeholders.
