Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As Manager, Demand Planning - EMEA, you own the demand forecast that connects business strategy to its operational plans across the channels. You lead the Demand Review in the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) forum, align forecasts with Merchandise Financial Plan targets and inventory planning constraints, and reconcile top-down financial targets with bottom-up SKU-level plans. This is a role for a planning leader who brings both statistical rigour and commercial judgment, who operates confidently in cross-functional forums, and who knows how to build a high-performing team around them. You will drive forecast accuracy, lead root cause analysis, and be the person who continuously raises the maturity of demand planning processes and tools.

The Demand Planning - EMEA team translates business priorities, consumer demand signals, and market insights into an integrated consensus forecast across B2B, Retail and eCommerce. The team serves as the primary owner of the regional demand signal, enabling aligned decisions that support growth, profitability, and customer experience across Demand Planning, Merchandise Planning, and Inventory.
