Arc’teryx seeks a DTC Merchandise Planner – EMEA to own the merchandise financial plans connecting regional demand to inventory, margin, and OTB decisions across the DTC channel. Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX: As a DTC Merchandise Planner – EMEA, you own the financial plans that connect regional demand signals to inventory, margin, and receipt decisions across the DTC channel. You build and maintain integrated Merchandise Financial Plans that translate strategy into seasonal execution, partnering closely with Demand, Supply, Inventory, Merchandising, and Finance teams to keep DTC plans aligned and actionable. You will develop your analytical and cross-functional planning skills in a fast-paced environment where your work directly shapes how the region buys, manages, and reacts to business performance. Meet Your Future Team:
The Merchandise Planning – EMEA team translates regional targets into merchandise financial plans, driving alignment between top-down direction and bottom-up regional builds. The team leads integrated planning across sales and inventory, managing trade-offs between revenue, margin, and working capital while proactively anticipating risks to course-correct ahead of business impact through managing open-to-buy. Working closely with DTC teams and other cross-functional partners, the team positions inventory effectively by channel, supports replenishment and inventory flow decisions, and drives aligned decisions that support growth, profitability, and customer experience.
