Job summary

Brock & Decker, a leading international strategy and technology consultancy, seeks a Manager to join its Amsterdam team to advise corporate clients, private equity investors and portfolio companies on digital strategy, AI transformation, and growth initiatives.

The role blends strategic analysis with practical implementation, guiding execution and contributing to the Benelux practice growth while working with senior leadership and cross-functional specialists.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy consulting with digital/tech transformation.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and deliver client work.
• Strong understanding of how AI, data and tech affect business models.
• Excellent problem solving and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; Dutch or another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy and transformation projects from assessment to delivery.
• Analyse business models, market dynamics and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
• Assess digital and AI capabilities and develop business cases with clear objectives.
• Develop growth strategies, go-to-market plans and transformation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with technology, data and AI specialists to align capabilities.
• Manage project teams, timelines and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead client workshops and present recommendations to senior executives.
• Coach junior colleagues and support proposals and business development in Amsterdam.
