Job summary

Van der Valk Hotels Eindhoven zoekt een Restaurant & Banqueting Manager die circa 100 collega’s aanstuurt en het F&B-team coacht om een gastvrije beleving te realiseren tijdens restaurants, evenementen en conferenties.

Je geeft leiding aan vier F&B outlets en het grootste congrescentrum in Zuidoost-Brabant, stelt roosters op, werft personeel en bewaakt service-, kwaliteits- en kostenstandaarden.

Qualifications

• HBO-niveau (afgerond HHS of gelijkwaardig HBO-opleiding)
• Charismatische leider met passie voor hospitality en oog voor detail
• Ervaring met aansturing van F&B en banqueting

Responsibilities

• Leiden van circa 100 medewerkers in F&B
• Coachen en aansturen van Shift Leaders en bediening
• Leidinggeven aan vier F&B outlets en conferentiecentrum
• Verantwoordelijk voor rooster, werving, service en kwaliteit
• Beheren omzet en kosten, afhandelen complimenten en klachten

Bediening Energetic leader with a passion for hospitality? Lead 100 colleagues, coach the F&B team, and together ensure a hospitable experience during restaurants, events, and conferences. Are you an energetic, hands‑on, and motivating leader with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail? Are you the new Restaurant & Banqueting Manager of an international hotel chain, who will lead 100 enthusiastic colleagues with us and assist our F&B Manager in ensuring our service level? Then this position is perfect for you. Together with your colleagues, we divide tasks and monitor the progress and quality of work. You will lead the four F&B outlets, Bistro Chez Maman, The Buffet, Ozzo Food & Drinks, and the largest conference centre in Southeast Brabant. You will give instructions, guidance, and act as a coach to our Shift Leaders and serving staff. Coaching, motivating, and coordinating are the keywords of our leadership. During conferences and events, you are the operational point of contact within the organisation. Together, you are responsible for daily schedules, recruitment and selection of staff, service and quality of the F&B department, process improvement, and monitoring revenue and costs. Handling compliments and complaints are also part of the role. You will use your creativity to elevate the F&B department to a higher level. Job requirements Who are we looking for?
