Prodrive Technologies offers an 18-month Traineeship in General & Administrative functions, starting February 2027. You will rotate through Finance, HR and IT, tackling strategic challenges and gaining broad exposure while developing leadership and project-management skills.

At Prodrive Technologies, we are building the next generation of leaders within our General & Administrative organization. Through this 18-month traineeship, you will gain broad business exposure, tackle strategic challenges, and accelerate your development towards a key role in the company. By rotating through departments such as Finance, HR and/or IT, you will gain broad exposure to the business-critical functions that enable our organization to grow and perform.

About the program

Starting in February 2027, you will complete three assignments of six months across different domains within our General & Administrative organization.

You'll work on real business challenges, collaborate with experienced leaders, and gain insight into how a fast-growing technology company operates. Along the way, you'll develop the skills, mindset, and experience needed to create impact and grow quickly.

What you bring

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, HRM, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Data Analytics or a related field
• Maximum 1 year of professional experience after graduation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Leadership potential demonstrated through extracurricular activities, internships, student associations, sports, entrepreneurship, or work experience
• Ownership mindset and drive to create impact
• English and Dutch is mandatory.
