Job summary

Vondel Hotels B.V invites a motivated student in Hotel School or Tourism to join as a Management Assistant Intern. You will support the operations team, help implement new procedures, and perform administrative tasks across departments to ensure smooth daily work on the floor.

JOB DESCRIPTION

YOUR ROLE

As a Management Assistant Intern, you ensure that the operational process runs smoothly and that our Hotel Operations Managers and their teams can carry out their work on the floor effortlessly. You contribute to the service and quality level of every department within Vondel Hotels by helping to implement new procedures and ensuring they are followed. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to experience every department within our hotels and also carry out administrative tasks. In addition, you are flexible and provide support wherever needed.

Note!: For this position, it is mandatory to live in the Netherlands and to have valid Dutch health insurance.
