Resolvo Engineering B.V. zoekt een Maintenance Technician met affiniteit voor industriële automatisering. Je onderhoudt, repareert en optimaliseert geautomatiseerde installaties en werkt met PLC-gestuurde systemen, sensoren en frequentieregelaars.

Je werkt zelfstandig maar ook in teamverband, voert preventief onderhoud uit en ondersteunt bij installatie en inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe machines. Het bedrijf biedt een marktconform salaris, 25 vakantiedagen en opleidingskansen in Siemens, TIA

Qualifications

• MBO-niveau opleiding in elektrotechniek of mechatronica.
• Basiskennis van PLC-besturing en het lezen van elektrische schema's.
• Goede communicatie en zelfstandigheid.

Responsabilités

• Onderhoud en optimalisatie van geautomatiseerde installaties.
• Analyseren en oplossen van elektrische en mechanische storingen.
• Preventief onderhoud en vervanging van onderdelen.
• Ondersteunen bij installatie en inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe machines.

Maintenance Technician | Industrial Automation

Are you a Maintenance Technician with a passion for technology and industrial automation? Do you enjoy analysing and resolving technical faults, carrying out maintenance and continuously improving technical installations in a modern and high tech machinepark? • As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, overhauling and optimising various automated installations within a modern technical environment. You will work with a wide range of systems, including sorting systems, conveyor installations, packaging machines and other automated logistics systems;
• Working with PLC controls, sensors, frequency drives, drive systems and measurement and control technology;
• Analysing, diagnosing and resolving both electrical and mechanical faults on automated installations;
• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance and replacing components such as bearings, chains, motors, sensors, drives and other mechanical components;
• Performing inspections and identifying and implementing technical improvements;
• Assisting with the assembly, installation, commissioning and testing of new machines and installations.

• Basic knowledge of PLC controls and the ability to read electrical schematics;
• You have good communication skills and are able to work both independently and as part of a team.
