Luba zoekt een onderhoudstechnicus voor een modern, volledig geautomatiseerd distributiecentrum in Zaandam.

Je houdt machines in topconditie door preventief onderhoud, inspecties en tijdige vervanging van onderdelen. Je werkt met mechanische en elektrische systemen, pneumatiek en hydrauliek.

Je registreert onderhoudswerk en werkt samen met het Corrective Maintenance Team om storingen efficiënt op te lossen. Een tweeploegendienst en goede arbeidsvoorwaarden behoren tot de aanbieding.

Formación

• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als technicus in mechanisch en/of elektrisch onderhoud
• Sterke mechanische vaardigheden en affiniteit met geautomatiseerde installaties
• Nauwkeurig en zelfstandig kunnen werken, in staat om samen te werken
• Bereid om in een twee-ploegendienst te werken

Responsabilidades

• Voer preventief en gepland onderhoud uit aan geautomatiseerde distributiecentra
• Inspecteer bewegende onderdelen en vervang of repareer componenten voordat storingen optreden
• Werk met elektrische systemen, pneumatiek en hydrauliek
• Documenteer onderhoudswerk en registreer activiteiten in monitoring/rapportage-applicaties

Are you mechanically skilled and do you enjoy keeping machines in top condition before problems occur? Join us as a Maintenance Technician in a modern, fully automated distribution centre.

Over de vacature:

In this role, you and your fellow technicians are responsible for keeping a large, fully automated distribution centre running smoothly. You will work among conveyor systems, roller conveyors, lifts and other automated installations that continuously move goods throughout the warehouse. Your main focus will be on preventive and scheduled maintenance, helping to ensure that the logistics process can continue without disruption.

Around 75% of the work is mechanical. You will inspect moving parts, check for wear and tear, carry out maintenance and replace or repair components before issues arise. You will also work with electrical systems, pneumatics and hydraulics. If you notice a technical deviation, you will investigate the cause and resolve the issue directly wherever possible.

Using monitoring and reporting applications, you will keep track of the condition of the system and accurately record the work you have carried out. In the event of larger or unexpected breakdowns, you will work together with the Corrective Maintenance Team. This means you will not only be carrying out hands‑on maintenance, but also helping to keep an impressive automated system in excellent technical condition during every shift.

Wat wij vragen:

• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience as a technician in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
• You have strong mechanical skills and enjoy working on automated installations
• You work accurately and independently, while also collaborating easily with colleagues
• You are willing to work in a two-shift system

Wat wij bieden:

• A gross monthly salary of €3,440 to €4,697, depending on your knowledge and experience
• An 18% shift allowance for the two-shift system: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00
• No fewer than 40 days of annual leave: 20 statutory holiday days plus a flexible budget that allows you to purchase 20 additional days
