Luba zoekt een onderhoudstechnicus voor een modern, volledig geautomatiseerd distributiecentrum in Zaandam. Je werkt aan conveyors, lifts en andere installaties, met focus op preventief en gepland onderhoud om continuïteit van de logistiek te waarborgen.

Je inspecteert bewegende delen, beoordeelt slijtage en vervangt onderdelen voordat issues ontstaan. Je werkt met elektronische systemen, pneumatica en hydraulica en registreert alle werkzaamheden nauwkeurig.

Competenze

• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als technicus in mechanisch en/of elektrisch onderhoud.
• Sterke mechanische vaardigheden en ervaring met geautomatiseerde installaties.
• Nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar kan ook goed samenwerken.
• Bereid om in tweeploegendienst te werken.

Mansioni

• Onderhoud uitvoeren aan geautomatiseerde distributiecentra om stilstand te voorkomen.
• Inspecteren en vervangen van onderdelen en systemen zoals mechanische/elektrische componenten.
• Samenwerken met Corrective Maintenance Team bij grotere storingen.

Are you mechanically skilled and do you enjoy keeping machines in top condition before problems occur? Join us as a Maintenance Technician in a modern, fully automated distribution centre.

Over het werk

In this role, you and your fellow technicians are responsible for keeping a large, fully automated distribution centre running smoothly. You will work among conveyor systems, roller conveyors, lifts and other automated installations that continuously move goods throughout the warehouse. Your main focus will be on preventive and scheduled maintenance, helping to ensure that the logistics process can continue without disruption.

Around 75% of the work is mechanical. You will inspect moving parts, check for wear and tear, carry out maintenance and replace or repair components before issues arise. You will also work with electrical systems, pneumatics and hydraulics. If you notice a technical deviation, you will investigate the cause and resolve the issue directly wherever possible.

Using monitoring and reporting applications, you will keep track of the condition of the system and accurately record the work you have carried out. In the event of larger or unexpected breakdowns, you will work together with the Corrective Maintenance Team. This means you will not only be carrying out hands-on maintenance, but also helping to keep an impressive automated system in excellent technical condition during every shift.

Wat wij bieden

• A gross monthly salary of €3,440 to €4,697, depending on your knowledge and experience
• An 18% shift allowance for the two-shift system: 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00
• No fewer than 40 days of annual leave: 20 statutory holiday days plus a flexible budget that allows you to purchase 20 additional days
• Travel allowance or full reimbursement of public transport costs

• You have strong mechanical skills and enjoy working on automated installations
