Job summary

The role requires a diploma in maintenance and prior hotel maintenance experience, with knowledge of Legionella prevention in spa and water systems.

Qualifications

• Higher Vocational Training Diploma or Intermediate Vocational Training qualification in maintenance-related fields such as Electrical Systems, HVAC, Facilities Management or Electromechanics.
• Knowledge of current regulations and legislation applicable to public-use buildings.
• Previous experience in hotel maintenance or similar environments.
• Knowledge of Legionella prevention and control procedures, particularly in spa facilities, swimming pools, and domestic water systems.

• Preventing, identifying, and repairing faults, defects, and anomalies in the hotel's facilities and equipment.
• Monitoring and optimizing energy consumption, contributing to operational efficiency and sustainability.

What will you be responsible for?
