Qualifications

• Higher Vocational Training Diploma or Intermediate Vocational Training qualification in Maintenance-related fields.
• Knowledge of current regulations for public-use buildings.
• Previous experience in hotel maintenance or similar environments.
• Knowledge of Legionella prevention and control procedures, particularly in spa facilities, swimming pools, and domestic water systems.

Responsibilities

• Preventing, identifying, and repairing faults, defects, and anomalies in the hotel's facilities and equipment.
• Monitoring and optimizing energy consumption, contributing to operational efficiency and sustainability.
• Understanding and applying current Occupational Health and Safety regulations and building evacuation plans.
• Maintaining relationships with external maintenance providers and technical service companies.
• Identifying and keeping records of all equipment and facilities subject to maintenance.
• Performing basic building and equipment maintenance repairs in coordination with hotel departments and preventive plans.
