Job summary

Proactive Global in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician / Robotics Technician to support highly automated warehouse systems, including robotics and conveyors, ensuring uptime on customer sites.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and contribute to installation and deployment of new automation.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years in maintenance or technical service in automation or robotics.
• Solid mechanical, electrical, and software maintenance knowledge.
• Strong interest in robotics and automated systems.
• Good organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotics systems, conveyors, and automated equipment.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high operational availability.

Requirements

• Ability to stay organized and composed in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with clients and operations teams
• Comfortable working on-site within a warehouse environment
• Basic SQL knowledge would be considered an advantage

Physical Requirements

• Ability to use standard hand tools and maintenance equipment
• Comfortable working at heights and accessing equipment in various positions
