Job summary

Proactive Global in the Netherlands is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician / Robotics Technician to support highly automated warehouse systems, including robotics and conveyors, ensuring uptime on customer sites.

You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and contribute to installation and deployment of new automation.

Qualifications

• 1–5+ years in maintenance or technical service in automation or robotics.
• Solid mechanical, electrical, and software maintenance knowledge.
• Strong interest in robotics and automated systems.
• Good organizational skills for fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotics systems, conveyors, and automated equipment.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high operational availability.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
• Work both independently and collaboratively to resolve technical incidents quickly.
• Support on-site operations teams and provide maintenance guidance when needed.
• Assist with installation and deployment of new automation systems.
• Respond efficiently to emergency breakdowns and escalations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and service records.
