Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in the Netherlands is seeking a Maintenance/Engineering support role to uphold site safety systems and support maintenance teams with tasks not requiring specialized electrical or mechanical certification.

You will accurately complete CMMS records, identify improvements, and assist projects from idea development through installation and ongoing maintenance, while ensuring compliance with all policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with site safety systems, including Permit to Work, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), and Risk Assessment procedures
• Support Maintenance teams with a variety of tasks that do not require electrical or mechanical certification
• Accurately complete job records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support data analysis and trend monitoring
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
• Regularly review own work practices and processes, and initiate improvements where possible
• Support projects from idea development through installation, commissioning, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance, where applicable
• Escalate technical issues to the appropriate subject matter experts in a timely manner
• Collect, organize, and provide technical and engineering data to support engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations
