Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a maintenance planner/scheduler to sustain a cell therapy manufacturing facility. The role emphasizes planning preventive maintenance, coordinating with external vendors, and ensuring compliance and safety.

The candidate will manage Maximo/CMMS data, prepare work orders, and liaise with system owners to determine scope. Strong Dutch and English communication are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in Clean Utilities/biopharmaceutical maintenance or related fields.
• Experience with CMMS (Maximo) and vendor contracts.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan all Preventive Maintenance and On Demand Corrective Work Orders prior to scheduling to ensure parts, tools, drawings and equipment are available.
• Serve as point of contact for technical discussions with external vendors on maintenance/calibration work.
• Coordinate safety permits and ensure training/equipment compliance with BMS requirements.
• Maintain Maximo/CMMS data, generate work orders, and coordinate vendor visits.
• Prioritize and schedule work orders based on scope and facility workload.
