Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Leiden is seeking a Specialist, Planner - Scheduler to plan and schedule maintenance and calibration for our cell therapy biotech facility. You will ensure all parts, tools, and safety permits are in place before work begins and coordinate with external vendors.

You will maintain the Maximo/CMMS system, generate planned and unplanned work orders, and prioritize work based on asset criticality and workload.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, related discipline, or its equivalent.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Clean Utilities Operations/Maintenance or Biopharmaceutical equipment.
Experience aligning Manufacturing Schedule with Maintenance Schedule.
Experience developing and following up on contracts with outside vendors.
Proficient in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Plan all Preventive Maintenance and On Demand Corrective Work Orders prior to scheduling, ensuring parts, tools, drawings, and equipment are available for the technician or vendor.
Be the point of contact for technical discussions with external vendors.
Ensure safety permits and job safety procedures are in place.
Maintain Maximo/CMMS to manage equipment, schedules, and parts.
Generate planned and unplanned work orders and prioritize according to facility workload.
