Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Netherlands is seeking a Manager, Site Production Planner and Scheduler to own the master production schedule for Leiden's manufacturing site. You will release orders, secure materials and capacity, and develop scheduling tools and processes for clinical and commercial drug products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Supply‑Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Biology, or similar education.
• 6+ years proven relevant work experience; knowledge of SAP, APO, PPDS, BIO‑G or other scheduling software preferred.
• Experience in cGMP biologics manufacturing; cell therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish on-time Site Schedule for Manufacturing Operations and for Engineering to assign resources.
• Mitigate scheduling risks by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Support S&OP with site-level capacities and capabilities.
• Manage RCCP for assigned products.
• Schedule and forecast manufacturing slot availability with internal and global stakeholders.
• Develop scenario plans to accommodate batches and support scheduling processes.
• Participate in Tier meetings to address daily operational issues.
• Be primary contact to ensure operational continuity and issue resolution.
• Develop and implement KPI reporting for scheduling.
• Collaborate with global teams on modeling and scheduling simulations (e.g., Emerson RTMS/Bio-G).
• Author and update scheduling SOPs and instructions.
