Job summary

Talentmark is seeking a Medior or Senior Maintenance Engineer for Utilities & Building at a highly regulated pharmaceutical site in the Netherlands. You will drive reliability, compliance and long-term performance of critical utility and building systems, shaping asset management strategy.

You'll develop and optimize maintenance and asset strategies for HVAC, clean utilities, water, steam and other installations, lead shutdowns, support investigations and CAPAs, and collaborate with maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Installation Technology, or Process Engineering.
• 2+ years' experience as a Maintenance Engineer for Medior; 4–6 years for Senior.
• Experience with utilities and/or building-related technical installations.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, GMP or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of maintenance & asset management, reliability and relevant regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize maintenance and asset strategies for utilities and building systems.
• Lead shutdown activities and support investigations, CAPAs and continuous improvement.
• Contribute as a Subject Matter Expert and work with maintenance teams, engineering and suppliers.

Maintenance Engineer – Utilities & Building - Medior / Senior

We are looking for a Medior or Senior Maintenance Engineer Utilities & Building to join a highly regulated pharmaceutical organization. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability, compliance and long-term performance of critical utility and building systems.

You will develop and optimize maintenance and asset strategies for systems such as HVAC, clean utilities, water, steam, gases and other critical installations. You will also contribute to new installations and major modifications, lead shutdown activities and support investigations, CAPAs and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a technical Subject Matter Expert, you will work closely with maintenance teams, engineering, suppliers and other stakeholders, while helping shape the future of the site's asset management strategy.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Installation Technology, Process Engineering or similar
• 2+ years' experience as a Maintenance Engineer for Medior; 4–6 years for Senior
• Experience with utilities and/or building-related technical installations
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, GMP or similarly regulated environment
