Job summary

TailorMinds seeks a medior Maintenance Engineer to own the asset strategy and drive improvements for pharmaceutical utility systems within GMP environments.

You will lead shutdowns, support CAPAs, and participate in RCM sessions to ensure compliant asset management and handover to operations.

Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical or Process Eng is required, with GMP/RCM knowledge and pharma utilities experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering.
• Pharmaceutical Utility Systems knowledge (HPW, Pure steam, HVAC, gas).
• Understanding of GMP, VCA, CE, NEN3140 and related guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the Asset strategy and related processes for pharmaceutical assets.
• Lead maintenance shutdowns and support the handover to Asset Management.
• Drive CAPAs and root-cause analyses for critical assets.
