Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is seeking a Maintenance Admin Intern to support the Engineering team with administrative tasks and document control. You will gain insight into building operations of a large hospitality environment while assisting with maintenance requests and records management.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, fluent in English, and eager to learn. The role offers a 5 to 10 month internship, with a monthly trainee allowance and exposure to an international hotel team.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong administrative focus.
• Proficient in English; Dutch language preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and proactive, quick learner attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineering team with administrative maintenance processes.
• Organize and maintain technical documents and work orders.
• Support invoice processing and inventory tracking of supplies.
• Help ensure records and compliance documents are up to date.
